Melbourne Flavours is a dining and entertainment venue operating at 8 Whiteman St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. What we collect

We collect the details you give us when booking or contacting the desk — name, phone, email, party size, dietary needs and occasion notes — plus payment details for deposits, membership records, CCTV footage on the premises, and website usage data such as pages visited and device type.

3. How we use it

Your information is used to confirm and manage reservations, operate membership and loyalty programs, process payments and deposits, meet our licensing and responsible-gaming obligations, respond to enquiries, and — only with consent — send the members’ letter.

4. Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies for essential functions and anonymised analytics. Details, including how to opt out, are set out in our Cookie Policy. Declining cookies does not prevent you from making a reservation by phone.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the providers needed to run the house — payment processors, booking software, our chauffeur and transfer partners where you request transport, and regulators where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

6. Storage and security

Information is held on encrypted systems within Australia. Access is limited to staff who need it; CCTV is retained for a limited period and then overwritten. Payment card details are processed by our PCI-compliant provider and are not stored by us.

7. Your rights
